The smartphone will be sold in a single variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and will be priced at Rs 37,999. For context, the standard Nord 2 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is sold at Rs 34,999. The company has partnered with Bandai Namco for the smartphone. The OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition smartphone sports a unique design with Pac-Man elements along with dual film color, material and finish. In the forum, the company has also revealed that the smartphone has a glow-in-the-dark back panel that outlines the Pac-Man maze in neon.
When it comes to software, the device is claimed to have a gamified user interface. The special edition device will have OxygenOS with icons based on retro video games along with new wallpapers and animations. The device will also have the Pac-Man 256 game pre-installed out of the box.
Other specifications of the smartphone are expected to be the same as the current OnePlus Nord 2. To recall, Nord 2 was launched in July earlier this year and it features a 6.43-inch AMOLED punch-hole display with 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. In terms of camera, it gets a 50MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera setup at the back and a 32MP selfie shooter at the front.
